Having visited Egypt on a few occasions and enjoying my time there. I had been considering buying a property and came across the web page of Offplanworld and made contact with you to have an informal discussion about buying abroad, you made me feel very comfortable and were very friendly and helpful without putting any pressure on me.

 

I visited your offices and you went through the various opportunities and projects ongoing and new build.  You arranged for me and my partner to spend two days looking at these projects when we visited Egypt last year.  We were very impressed by the way we were treated. We were collected from our Hotel and given a guided tour of what was happening in and around Hurghada our tour guide was very informative and professional. We were very impressed with a project called Sahl Hasheesh which was being built as a complete new area of Hurghada. On our return to the UK we came back to have more discussions with you.

 

Buying a property aboard was quite daunting to me but after deciding on the apartment I wanted to purchase, you talked me through all the procedures and helped me step by step dealing with all the necessary paperwork, which has made life a lot easier!

 

My property is due for completion in 12 months time and I am looking forward to spending time in my new apartment and enjoying Egypt. Without you and your team I would probably still be thinking about buying!

Following our visit to an overseas property trade fair at the NEC, we returned home with a number of offers from exhibitors at the fair for properties on the Red Sea coast in Egypt, the claims from the sales teams seemed just too good to be true.

 

By a stroke of good fortune we found your web site “Offplanworld” on the internet and following our initial contact with you we quickly realised that here we were dealing with people who were not trying to overstate what was on offer, but were genuinely offering a service to investors.
